Bernice Underhill

Peacefully at the St.Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, January 17, 2007, Bernice Underhill passed away surrounded by her loving family at the age of 81 years. Predeceased by Jack Underhill and Leo Morse. Loving mother to Vivian (Larry) of Aylmer, Harley (Sharon) of St. Thomas, Cathy of Aylmer, Lewy (Jill) of Aylmer, Vicky (Mark) of Tillsonburg, Jeff of Aylmer, Val of Aylmer. Wonderful grandmother to Chris, Mike (Katie), Sherry, Kevin, Jason (Janice), Kody and Kyle. Great grandmother to Jessica, Jaimie and Megan. Survived by her sisters Victoria Tribe, Myrtle Tilton, sister-in-law Beulah Taylor. Predeceased by her granddaughter Nichelle, parents Isaac and Rachel Taylor, brothers Walter, George, Sam, Leroy, sisters Lucinda, Rhoda, Ethel, Ann and Mary Jane. She will be greatly missed by many surviving relatives. The family will receive friends at Ostrander’s Funeral Home 43 Bidwell St. Tillsonburg on Saturday January 20, 2007 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and Sunday, January 21, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. Funeral services for Bernice will be held in Ostrander’s Funeral Home Chapel on Monday January 22, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Interment Straffordville Cemetery. At the family’s request memorial donations (payable by cheque) may be made to Canadian Lung Association.
