HELEN BORBELY (1928 – 2017)
Peacefully, at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, Helen Borbely of Tillsonburg was called home to be with her Lord at the age of 89 years. Beloved wife of the Late Joseph Borbely (1977). Loving mother of Helen Borbely of Tillsonburg, Joe Borbely and his wife Kelly of Woodstock and the Late Rose Marie Borbely (2004). Cherished grandmother of Elizabeth, Sara and Andrea. Helen is also survived by her sister Mary Botosh, her aunt Anna Mak and many nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Monday, July 3, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A C.W.L. Rosary service will be held at 3:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass for Helen will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Tillsonburg on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Father Tom Ferrera officiating. Interment to follow at the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to St. Vincent DePaul or St. Mary’s Church would be appreciated by the Borbely family.
