Obituary for Lenke Julia Virag (Barta)
LENKE JULIA VIRAG, (Barta) December 28, 1924 - May 9, 2017. With heavy hearts we are sad to announce that Lenke passed away at the age of 92 at The University Hospital, London Ontario. She touched the lives of many and this will never be forgotten. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Michael George Virag. Pre-deceased by her cherished Parents Nickolas and Julianna Barta. With much love and pride her children pre-deceased Daughter Betty, Son Michael and Daughter Kathleen, survived by Marilyn Virag, Barbara Beaumont, Stephen (Marie) Virag, RoseMary Virag, Ilona Virag and Julie VanPaemel. Loving Grandmother of 18 Grand-children and 10 Great Grand-children. A special mention goes to the Grandchildren Mark Bowyer, Joanna Davies (Lee), Jodi Whitson, Jackie Boghean (Brady), Andrew Beaumont (Jillian) and Nicholas Beaumont and Great Grandchildren Myla, Ben, Ella and Grace who always saw her as "sweeter then sweet". She will be greatly missed by our precious puppy Sadie.
Lenke, was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. She has a deep love for children. Her grace, beauty, infectious smile, sense of humour, selflessness and nurturing ways will be cherished in our hearts forever.

breathe with every

She sings a song
of hope and cheer,
there's no more pain,
no more fear.
You'll see her in
the clouds above,
hear her whisper

You'll be together

Friends and family will be received for visitation at OSTRANDER’S FUNERAL HOME LIMITED, 43 Bidwell Street Tillsonburg, Ontario (519) 842-5221 on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 12:00-1:00pm. The Funeral Mass for Lenke will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Tillsonburg at 1:00p.m. following the visitation. Interment will be at St. Ladislaus Roman Catholic Cemetery, Courtland. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stoke Foundation or Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated and may be made by contacting OSTRANDER’S FUNERAL HOME LIMITED.
