Obituary for Doris Mildred Morris (Jordan)

Peacefully at Woodingford Lodge, Tillsonburg on Tuesday April 25, 2017, Doris Mildred Morris, of Tillsonburg, passed away at the age of 96 years with her family by her side. Predeceased by her loving husband, Don (1982). Loving and nurturing mother to David Morris and his wife Dag of Tillsonburg; Rick Morris of North Bay. Very caring grandmother to Jennifer Jackson and her husband Chris of California, Scott Morris and his fiancée Suzanne Post of Toronto, Ryan Morris and his wife Megan of North Bay, Nicole Morris and her partner Russell of North Bay, Mason Morris and his partner Kim of North Bay. Great grandmother to Logan and Leila Jackson, Leighton and Jayden Morris and Summer. Predeceased by her grandson Dusty Morris, her 6 brothers and sisters, Howard Jordan, Isabelle Davis, Dalton, Jordan, Alvin Jordan, Lloyd “Jack” Jordan, Marion Charters, and Art Jordan. Special Thank you to the wonderful staff at Woodingford Lodge, Tillsonburg for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life for Doris will be held in July 2017. Donations in Doris’ memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or St. Paul’s United Church, Tillsonburg by contacting the Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited, 43 Bidwell St., Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
