Kevin Wesley Heckford (1958 – 2017)
Peacefully, with his mother by his side, at Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Saturday, January 21, 2017, Kevin Wesley Heckford, formerly of Tillsonburg, passed away at the age of 58 years. Dearly loved son of Wes and Beth Heckford of Tillsonburg. Cherished brother of Kirby Heckford and his wife Terry Ann of Tillsonburg and Kelli Koopman and her husband Michael of Woodstock. Uncle Kevin to Whitney, Warren, Hunter, Halli and Hayden. The Heckford family would like to thank everyone who took the time to be kind to Kevin. A special thank you to Kevin’s “winter mom”, Pat Mcknight who cared for Kevin deeply, the staff at Delhi Long Term Care for their compassionate and care and N.A.C.L. Simcoe for everything they did for Kevin. Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Funeral Service for Kevin will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Steve Amorin officiating. Private family interment at the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to N.A.C.L. Simcoe or Delhi Long Term Care would be appreciated by the Heckford family.
