Irene Barbara Porch 1930-2016
Peacefully, on Saturday August 6, 2016, Irene Porch passed away at Delhi Long Term Care Centre. Survived by children, Irene Rochus(Martin) of Aylmer, Mary Ann DeLeye(Chris)of Windham Centre, Ron Porch(Sharon) of Langton and brother Frank Kantor of Delhi. Loving grandmother to David(Trisha), Melissa, Michael, Brian, Michelle(Justin) and Courtney. Loving great grandmother to Denver and Damien. Caring sister-in-law to Orlene Kantor. Dear friend of Irene Zahorak and Adrian Droogers. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband Albert Porch, parents Frank Sr. and Bertha(Beldi) Kantor, sister Louise Barnucz, brother-in-law George Barnucz and brothers William and Earnest Kantor. The family will receive family and friends at Ostrander’s Funeral Home 43 Bidwell St. Tillsonburg (519) 842-5221 on Friday, August 12, 2016 from 2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m. and 7:00p.m – 9:00p.m. with prayers at 7:30. Private family service will be held at a later date. Donations in Irene’s memory may be made to the Delhi Long Term Care Centre Resident Activity Fund or Heart and Stroke. A very special thanks to the staff and Doctor Thorogood of the Delhi Long Term Care Centre for their compassion and great care of Irene.
