Peacefully, at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Monday, May 9, 2016, Margaret Elizabeth (Juranics) Vinnai, of Straffordville, passed away at the age of 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Steven Vinnai (1996). Loving mother of Ron Vinnai (Ramona) of Vienna, Jesse Vinnai (Loretta) of Tillsonburg and Sandra Anderson (Hugh) of Straffordville. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Michelle, Steven, Jessica, Shaun and 12 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Julia Rakonjac (Mike) of Fenwick, Steven Juranics (Rita) of St. Catharines and sister-in-law of Rosemary McGregor of Colborne. Special friend of Gloria Kesteloot of Straffordville. Also survived by many nieces and nepehews. Predeceased by her infant son Richard (1954) and her brother George Juranics (2015). Friends and relatives will be received at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Service for Margaret will be private with Deacon Raymond Webber officiating. Cremation to follow with a private interment in Straffordville Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations to the Calton Mennonite Church would be appreciated by the family.
